This year represents a significant achievement for Pacific Community Design as we celebrate fifteen years in business. It’s been a remarkable journey filled with growth, collaboration, and a commitment to building strong and inclusive communities.

These values have manifested in the fabric of our team, reflected in the dedication of our long-term employees who have been instrumental in building this business and embodying these values.
To celebrate this milestone our team and their families gathered to celebrate with an all-day picnic at Cook Park. It was the perfect way to recognize our achievements, surrounded by family, playing lawn games, eating barbecue, and filling up on Shave Ice. Today, with a team of 40+ employees, the owners of PCD reflect on 15 years of service with immense pride. They can point to several achievements, including the completion of Villebois, as well as a multitude of River Terrace and North Bethany projects. Co-founder Mike Killion proudly observed, “At our current size, we have consistently performed at the level of larger firms,” a testament to our team’s commitment to fostering strong relationships and high-quality products.
