Public construction is nearly complete at Dove Landing, marking PCD’s inaugural venture in the City of Woodburn. This 154-unit development has been carefully crafted in partnership with developer LGI to cater to the evergrowing and diverse community residing on the northern edge of the city. Much like PCD, the City of Woodburn and LGI share the vision of establishing connected and lively neighborhoods. Aligning with these goals, the final design of the development includes 8 acres of park land dedicated to the City. This park will give rise to a communal space, where residents can connect within the picturesque Willamette Valley.
PCD’s planning team collaborated with our clients and the city to bring forth an array of public enhancements and conveniences. These encompass features such as new trails and connections to existing pedestrian pathways, playgrounds, and accessible public restrooms.
