The Brynhill Development in the City of North Plains is Currently Underway!

Phases 1-4 of a multi-phased project have now been completed. Phase 5 is currently under construction. This project is part of the North Plains northern UGB expansion and includes single-family residential homes, a mixed-use area for future commercial and residential use, several recreational areas featuring playgrounds and sports facilities, and robust pedestrian and vehicular improvements along North Ave.

Construction on NW North Ave between NW 309th Ave and NW Glencoe Rd will be ongoing through November of 2024.

Construction on NW North Ave between NW Main St and NW Gordon Rd is expected to commence early 2025.
